I apologize for the lateness of this comic. I’ve been totally under the gun the past few days with travel plans and then the actual traveling part leaves precious little time for writing the comic. I’ll endeavor to have a comic strip for Monday completed today.

In the past, I have always tried to fly Virgin or Jet Blue for the in-flight entertainment. They are a little pricier, but being assured of an LCD monitor in front of your seat was worth it.

Recently however, I found that cross country Delta flights seem to all include this feature too. And their movie options are stellar. If you had enough time, you could watch all three Lord of the Rings movies, and both of the recently release Hobbit movies as well.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. They had a bunch of Disney movies, including Frozen, and a large number of classic comedies, like Airplane (suitably), Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, and Back to the Future.

All of this is free, whereas JetBlue tends to charge for its movies and the selections on Virgin America have never been all that great.

Virgin still has the better safety video. Delta tried to do something similar, but it’s not as nearly cool or funny. This stuff is important, you know?
